There are so many people smoke in the world, though they know smoking is harmful to their health, they just could not get rid of it. The number of smoker increases very year, the worse thing is that some smokers don’t realize they had bad effect on others. For the health, we should stay away from smoking.

Once people smoke, it is hard for them to get rid of it. Take my father for example. My father started to smoke when he had the job annoyance at the age of 30. Since then, he smoked now and then, the tried to quit many times, but he never made it, because his mind told him smoke all the time. My father is a typical smoker, many smokers like him have given up quitting smoke.

Smoking not only hurts one’s health, but also brings bad effect on others. The second-hand cigarette is harmful to the people who are around the smokers. The innocent people should not have to suffer from it. For everybody’s health, it is our duty to keep away from smoking.

Some people prefer to plan activities for their free time very carefully. Others choose not to make any plans at all for their free time. I think that free time is a precious thing for most of us. When we’re working hard, it’s nice to imagine what we’ll do when the weekend comes. We juggle one idea with another, trying to decide what best suits our budget and the amount of time we have. After all, anticipating free time is part of the pleasure.
It’s good to plan what we’re going to do with our free time. That way we won’t waste any of it trying to decide. It’s so easy to just sit around and think about this or that activity. Before we know it, half the day is gone. If we decide ahead of time, We can get started in plenty of time, and we can get the most benefit out of the time we have. For instance, if we’re going on a picnic, we can get all our supplies ready to go. Or if we’re going to a movie, we can find out the time and how long it’ll take us to get there. Also, if we plan what we’re going to do with our free time, we can invite others to join us. If we wait until the last minute, our friends may have other plans.
On the other hand, it’s also fun sometimes to do things without a plan. We can just leave the house and walk around and see what catches our attention. Often, this is how we discover places we never knew existed. We might end up doing something we never thought we’d try. We might just happen to find ourselves outside a new bookstore or a bowling alley and go in on a whim, because we have some free time.
It’s nice if we can have the best of both worlds. We can plan our free time activities for one day of the weekend, and let the other day plan itself. This way our free time also gives us the enjoyment of having it both ways.
Born in 1935, Mr. Smith spent his childhood in a mining village in a state. When he was a child, he hated school but had a talent for writing and he wrote his first poems. After his leaving school, he did his first job in a village shop for six years. During this period, he wrote a large number of poems in accordance with his own experiences and mental activities. Later, he left for S city in 1957 and published poems and his first novel. Delightfully, his works were popular when they published and he became a famous writer at once. However, he found that his life was meaningless though he led a luxurious life and started becoming depressed. Consequently, he first committed suicide unsuccessfully in 1960.

Later, Mr. Smith got married when he was 30, but his family life was not so happy because the couple did not have a common goal in marriage. Firstly.,it s our friends circle ,we are not study in the same class all just rush from one class to another. Nowadays, with the development of science and technology, the network provides us with great convenience, such as the video phone, webcam meeting, the world has become smaller and smaller. Because the network is so convenience, lots of people seem to be more relying on it than before, especially for the young generation, most of them are already addicted to it.
Maybe you can see this kind of people around you, they play computer or cell phone anytime when they are free. The last thing they do before they go to bed is play cell phone, and the first thing they get up to do is pick up the phone. The network bring us great convenience, still, we live in reality. We should get far away from the internet sometimes, it is better to feel the reality, even though it might cruel to you.
When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare time to do what i wanted , I had to focus on my textbooks and doing exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldn't play with my friends a lot, which I couldn't stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be considered for the College Entrance Examination.
However, my college life is totally different from the life in high can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my my free time, I also join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. With time goes by, it becomes a bit hard for me to remember everything about myself at the first day of my University life. However, there was one thing for sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university. There is no doubt that students like me have struggled for a long time so that can be permitted to enter the university.
Bringing with expectation, I got into Zhejiang Gongshang University. Generally speaking, it's an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in. Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight. Curious and out of politeness, I'd talk to them heart to heart. Here I make friends with my new classmates from everywhere around China. What's more, time and weather permitting, I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the playground, tired but happy.
When staying in dormitory, I choose to read news online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing. However, a good student can never leave his study behind.
